This week reminded us that progress isn’t always a straight line — and that’s not a flaw, it’s a feature. We started by learning to separate noise from signal. Midweek, discernment asked us to slow down, listen deeper, and adjust. A few pauses. A few moments where taking two steps back was the only honest move. Stepping back didn’t stop our momentum — it refined it. Traction doesn’t always look like speed. Sometimes it looks like recalibration. As we step into the weekend, this is the work:
